Angie Dickinson (born Angeline Brown, Sept 30, 1931) is a retired American actress known for her versatility in film and television. She gained fame with Rio Bravo (1959) alongside John Wayne, earning a Golden Globe. Her 50+ film credits include Ocean’s 11, Point Blank, Big Bad Mama, and Dressed to Kill. On TV, she starred as Sgt. Pepper Anderson in Police Woman (1974–1978), winning a Golden Globe. Her final role was in Mending Fences (2009).
